The founder of founder of Live Your Best received her Bachelor's in Psychology in 2004 and her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2012. She started practicing in 2011 while in school, and over the years gained experience not only in mental disorder treatment but also in improving overall wellness.
As the years progressed, she started to notice her natural shift into wanting to help people not only manage their mental health issues, but to also live their best life. She started integrating more wellness-based interventions, which lead her to creating this business.
"Over my years of practice, I have come to believe that every one of us has the ability to self-heal. Sometimes, we just need a guiding hand."

Though though this is the founder's specialty, she understands this is only one part of the person. Even though self-improvement and wellness start in the mind, our mind, body, and souls are interconnected.

We've been taught for decades how important it is to take care of our bodies. However, research has been ever stronger in showing us how deeply it affects our mental health as well as disease prevention.
